The front is the handwritten band name "Harlekeen" embroided into the fabric. The back is a complex screenprint. An illustration, that works as a sequel panel to the illustration of the record cover. The name of the album "Kinder von Sonne und Mond" (en. Children of Sun and Moon) is also modified for the shirt. On the back it says "Kind von Sonne und Mond" (en. Child of Sun and Moon). This way the person wearing the shirt can become a part of the story.
